United Fiber just opened an office in St. Joseph and celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The internet provider offers fiber-fast internet service plans to homes and businesses in Northern Missouri, and now services St. Joseph. It invested more than $50 million to expand its high-speed fiber broadband to an additional 36,000 homes and businesses in St. Joseph. The business, headquartered in Savannah, Mo., also added 10 new jobs as part of the expansion.
