As the Director of Program Development for the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, Mary Kate is responsible for developing and implementing a variety of programs and activities designed to build the Chamber’s membership and financial bases with programing, events, volunteers and advocacy.
Before joining the Chamber in 2023, Ms. Masters spent seven years as a Human Resources Specialist for the 139th Airlift Wing. Although she is no longer in the military full-time, she will be continuing her military career as a traditional guardsman for the Missouri Air National Guard.
Mary Kate attended Northwest Missouri State University, loves spending time with her family and enjoys traveling!
