The Chamber hosted its annual Small Business Summit on Nov. 8, at Missouri Western State University. The event featured several speakers at the Cup of Joe session, as well as the overall summit that provided insight to small business owners on a variety of topics. Some of the speakers included Scott Ford, President and CEO of Hawaiian Bros Island Grill, and Aaron Valentine, Snow Cone King and contestant on Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars.
