Eight candidates running for two spots on the St. Joseph School District Board of Education met in a forum held during the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Public Affairs Coffee on Wednesday, March 29, at Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center.
The election is next week, on April 4. Candidates introduced themselves and then answered questions posed by KFEQ Radio Host Barry Birr, who moderated the program. Questions ranged from discipline, facilities and a four-day school week.
Members of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce and the general public attended and everyone was invited to listen on the radio or on the livestream.
Public Affairs Coffee programs are presented by Farmers State Bank.
