The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce has kicked off its 14th annual Shop St. Joseph Holiday Program. The shop local program is designed to encourage residents to do their holiday spending in St. Joseph. Shoppers can collect tickets from now until Dec. 14. On Dec. 16 one lucky shopper will win a $10,000 grand prize. Shoppers also have a chance to win second-chance prizes from some participating merchants (second chance list to be published as more sign up).
