Dr. Doug Van Zyl, superintendent of the St. Joseph School District, gave the audience of the Nov. 10 Public Affairs Coffee a State of the District address. He talked about the upcoming community outreach program and highlights of students, teachers and staff members that often go unrecognized. He answered questions from the audience about special education, 3D training, staff and substitute teacher pay and more. The program was presented by FSB.
