The Crossing Nutrition Center recently opened and celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house.
The center will provide free groceries and nutrition services to those living in under-served areas in the community and will be open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Crossing is always looking for volunteers and they are specifically filling volunteer positions at the Nutrition Center for sorting food, stocking shelves, filling orders, and computer data entry. Individuals interested in volunteering can contact The Crossing at 816-775-2111.
