CoJoe, Downtown St. Joseph’s co-working space, is offering a new rate to encourage more entrepreneurs to use the space. For just a $10 joining fee, members can use the space for the rest of 2018.
The fully-functional workspace is designed to be shared by entrepreneurs, freelancers, start-ups and remote workers who understand the value of community and collaboration.
CoJoe is located on the first floor of 518 Felix St. Led by the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, a group of local entrepreneurs, small business owners and officials from Missouri Western State University’s Craig School of Business, the City of St. Joseph and Innovation Stockyard also were a part in CoJoe’s planning. The facility opened in January 2018.
CoJoe gives entrepreneurs an alternative to the distractions of working at home or a public space, as well as the logistics of maintaining a private office. It also gives mobile workers independence they value at an affordable price with additional benefits like:
- An attractive, clean, quiet and professional space to work, facilitate meetings and host clients
- A place to participate in a work community, where cooperation replaces competition
- High-speed internet, copy machine, comfortable seating, kitchenette and lots of coffee (to name just a few perks).
The facility also offers offices for rent, however there is a limited supply of those open at this time. The $10 special is for the co-working space only. CoJoe also has a large board room available for rent for presentations or staff retreats. For more information, see http://cojoe.saintjoseph.com/ or e-mail cojoe@saintjoseph.com.
