Murphy’s Smokin Meats celebrated the opening of its restaurant on Thursday. The business, which has long provided catering and operated a food truck, now has a restaurant that is open Friday through Sunday. It’s located at 1930 Commercial St., near Phil Welch Stadium, Bode Ice Arena and Drake Softball Fields.
They said no job is too big or small and is open to catering for company events, birthday parties and more. Check its website for menu items (a fave item is burnt ends) and hours.
