Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph celebrated the opening of Midtown Head Start with a ribbon cutting ceremony recently.
The childhood center offers child care services, as well as head start programs for young kids and is open to children starting at birth through five years old. The mission is to support healthy child development and promote school readiness.
