CHAMBER ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT/CEO

 



The Board of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce announced that Natalie Redmond has been named President and CEO of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, replacing R. Patt Lilly who plans to retire at year-end.

Redmond currently serves as Senior Vice President, Membership with the Chamber and has spent the last 16 years leading communication, marketing, networking and educational opportunities for more than 1,300 members.

As Senior Vice President, Redmond increased Chamber membership from 800 to 1,300 members, grew membership revenue from $350,000 to more than $500,000 and increased the member retention rate from 84% to 89%. She also created and led multiple programs during COVID-19 to help community success, grew the Chamber volunteer group to 160 from 40 members and increased sponsorship funding from $220,000 to over $560,000.

Redmond will assume responsibilities on January 3, 2022.
