The Buchanan County Fairgrounds recently celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The community event venue supports Buchanan County residents and youth through 4-H and FFA programming, community events and activities. The campus includes a 41,000+ square foot, clear span, covered livestock and equine arena, a gymnasium, an elevated performance stage, commissary-style kitchen and multiple classroom spaces that can be configured to flex-to-fit and accommodate art and STEM classes, clinics, civic gatherings, private events, fine arts performances and educational program rentals year-round.
