About the St. Joseph Business Park Corporation: The St. Joseph Business Park Corporation serves as a public/private partnership that was established in the early 1990s to develop business parks in the community. Because of St. Joseph’s size, there is too much risk to attract private, profit-oriented, developers to invest. As a result, this solution provides shovel-ready land for the expansion of local businesses and the attraction of new companies to the community. The corporation has a board consisting of City and County representatives, together with Chamber and business representatives.
