The Membership Department focuses on recruitment of new Chamber members, member retention, communications and increasing the visibility of the Chamber within the community.

As Senior Vice President of Membership for the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce, Natalie Redmond oversees all membership activities including membership recruitment and retention, as well as coordination of special events, committees and programs like the Chamber Golf Classic, the Diplomats Club, Annual Banquet, Business Mixers, Community Relations, Membership Council, Parties on the Parkway, Shop St. Joseph, Small Business Summit and Total Resource Campaign.

Before joining the Chamber in August of 2005, she worked for Woody Bibens & Associates in St. Joseph as the Tradeshow & Educational Manager for the WESTERN Nursery & Landscape Association. Prior to that, Ms. Redmond was the Regional Account Manager for Pryor Resources, Inc. in Overland Park, Kansas.

Ms. Redmond graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, emphasis in Public Relations.

Ms. Redmond is a United Way volunteer, graduate of Leadership St. Joseph, past president of the Junior League of St. Joseph, past chairperson of the YWCA and past chairperson for Trails West!. She also serves on the following boards: Missouri Western State University Alumni, St. Joseph School District Foundation, Mosaic Auxiliary and Specialty Industries. She also is on the Craig School of Business Advisory Council at MWSU.
