S and S BBQ is a competition bbq team from St. Joseph, that now provides on-site catering. The company was founded in 2008 and has cooked in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri and Oklahoma competitions so far. The owners know a little bit about meat, both work for Triumph Foods.
