Mosaic Moves Offices Downtown

The St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce Diplomats Club hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Mosaic Life Care. Mosaic purchased the German American Building, located at 624 Felix St., in 2015 and has completed renovations. The project included crafting open-concept office spaces with modern amenities while protecting the architectural and historic features of the building. Katy Richmond, the property manager for Mosaic Life Care, said the restoration of the German American Building was an opportunity for the company to invest in the city and the Downtown revitalization project.

The six-story building will house offices for Mosaic Life Care. More than 200 employees will move into the building on May 15.

After employees move into the building, the public will be able to use the lobby of the building as an open work space. The lobby features several couches, a conference table and other work spaces that the company hopes people will use.
